AITHYRA at 6th Annual Nepal AI School

Michael Bronstein, AITHYRA Director AI, and İsmail İlkan Ceylan, AITHYRA Adjunct PI and Faculty Member TU Vienna, took part in ANAIS 2025, the 6th Annual Nepal AI School organized by the NepAl Applied Mathematics and Informatics Institute for Research (NAAMII) from 29.12.2025 to 8.1.2026. 

ANAIS brings together scientists, faculties, and participants for an intensive 11 days of AI lectures, labs, and project works in Kathmandu. Michael Bronstein introduced Geometric Deep Learning and Machine Learning in High Dimensions to the audience, and İsmail İlkan Ceylan gave lectures on Graph Neural Networks (GNNs). 

“Building the Future of Intelligence: From Foundations to Impact” is the overall theme of the Nepal AI School. The School covers depth from fundamentals to a wide range of applications and domains, including the frontier of recently developed ideas and methods. ANAIS attracts diverse audiences, from senior undergraduates and graduates to PhD students, teaching faculties, and industry professionals.
